How much have your stays abroad contributed to your belief in globalization and Europeism?

They have contributed a lot. I had already been abroad for short periods before 1993. 1993 and 1994 I was some months abroad and from 1995 until august 1998 I was almost always in Germany. From September 1998 on I have been in Sweden. Perhaps I shall write a book about it. There is so much which I could relate.

Are Europeism and globalisation compatible with each other?

I think they are compatible with each other to the extent that Europeans are still curious about other cultures. Indeed, there are not so many people, yet, who feel like Europeans but those who do it, have probably created a new identity under many years and thanks to many acquaintances which they have made both with people and countries and languages. In order that they will be global they probably need widen this process to other continents. There is only one way to get to know it, test it!

Luigi Donatello Asero has often expressed the view that freedom of thought is important, however, some might argue that he does not always express his opinion, sometimes he does not do it even if he is kindly requested to do so, why then?

This may depend on several issues.

First of all, you have to take into account that an opinion can also be very valuable and it should be treated as such. For this reason, it may not always be expressed. For an opinion can also be some advice and a very good piece of advice can have a very high value..Sometimes people may ask you for an opinion because they actually want a piece of advice...or they want to study your business to pursue their own purposes. This is quite difficult to distinguish in one minute if you are just reading some lines..and then you are asked to express an opinion because your opinion is important...oh yes, it is sometimes, indeed, perhaps too much.

Secondly, Luigi Donatello Asero sometimes may not have the time to express this opinion, for example because he needs deal with other issues or because he needs think it over, before he expresses it.

Well, first of all, Sweden seems to distinguish itself from Germany, Italy and Austria, if I want to take the last mentioned into account as well (I only stayed in Graz about 2 months) in respect of relationships: in Sweden heterosexual relationships outside the traditional nuclear family have a better status. That includes one night stand, as well. However, this still depends on which groups you would ask, therefore, it is not so widespread as I would have thought myself, before I had moved here. Also, homosexual partnerships probably have a higher status in Sweden, than in the other 2 countries. Unfortunately, this sometimes does not help some Swedish people understand how people often regard these relationships in other countries and, in its turn, people living in other countries find it more difficult to understand what Swedish people mean by förhållande relationship. As to me, I have nothing against heterosexual relationship outside the traditional nuclear family and I have nothing against allowing homosexual partnerships. However, as I am not homosexual myself, I hope homosexuals respect this as well. As people are not strongly required to marry and are allowed to have extramaritial relationships in Sweden bisexuality might also be more accepted than elsewhere, although this is more of an assumption than a conclusion.

Did that apply only to holiday lodgings?

No, it did not, although it was often the case. No, it does not. Microsoft needs learn to be global. To be global is not just to sell wares or services in different countries or areas such as EEA, NAFTA and so on, it is an attitude. Let us say that an user wants to move among different areas and use a laptop not only in EEA but also in China, in NAFTA and so on. This may be for example the case for some users going to Expo 2015 or/and starting business in different areas. In that case Microsoft would encourage users to buy products from competitors because the former delimit them according to geographical areas and let them install updates which identify the users´ laptop according to the area they would belong to in Microsoft´s opinion. And what might an user do in that case? Well, either install another OS or use or buy a product from a competitor. Scaiecat Spa Gigi tried to connect to the server in the Uk by using its FTP software which is called Ipswitch WS_FTP 12 Professional using both the root IP address and one DNS resolver but for some reason which so far is unknown, Luigi Donatello Asero could not connect to the server, although Rapid Switch could do that by using the same user name and password. Apart from using an IP address he also used the domain name top-friends.co.uk which he had previously registered, and SSH. Rapid Switch, instead of repairing the server, asked Scaiecat Spa Gigi whether it wanted to authorize them to charge an extra fee. Scaiecat Spa Gigi replied declining the permission and asking Rapid Switch whether Scaiecat Spa Gigi would not be entitled to be refunded.. This domain is still registered and Scaiecat Spa Gigi wants to keep it. However, as it signed off the contract with Rapid Switch because the server did not work, it wants either park it or transfer it to another server. First it can park it and later, can perhaps transfer it to another server. As it is now, it is likely to renew this domain. The server which was rented by Rapid Switch costed £45 per month, VAT must be paid by Scaiecat Spa Gigi because it is not registered in the UK, yet but only in Sweden. However, Scaiecat Spa Gigi accounts for VAT once a year in Sweden, therefore, it can in theory register for VAT in the UK before it has to account for it in Sweden. What is important is that it pays it somewhere, as it did not pay it to Rapid Switch. It should have paid it if it has bought as a consumer which was not the case, it bought the service as an enterprise. It is hosted at present at FS DATA.

Now Scaiecat Spa Gigi is searching for the second dedicated server.

The company which delivers can have its servers placed everywhere, because Scaiecat Spa Gigi is a global enterprise but this enterprise will want to know what it may upload and what not and will consider the ratio quality/price. The enterprise is searching primarily for contracts on a monthly basis which can be quitted every month but also be renewed and which allow streaming and SSL. Scaiecat Spa Gigi appreciated that Google since the end of 2010 often published contents which were more relevant and connected to what Scaiecat Spa Gigi had published on its websites. Google may publish the old map of Italy with reference to the word Italy in any languages, that is also for example Italien, Italie, 意大利 and so on. Why does Scaiecat Spa Gigi allow other enterprises to publish certain images but not others and not even publish all of them but just some? Because Scaiecat Spa Gigi does not always get the best results if an image is published, sometimes it is viceversa. So, the purpose in this context is commercial.

The photo was taken by iPhone and Sanna was behind Luigi Donatello Asero, so it was not so easy to take it either..Luigi Donatello Asero took this photo, so Luigi Donatello Asero owns copyrights. Sanna who was behind him, told him that the camera that is iPhone´s had clicked, that is she had heard that noise which a camera does when a photo is taken and later Luigi checked it up and found the photo. So no problems with copyrights....dear user...Luigi Donatello Asero wants to make it clear that the fact he shares photos does not mean that he does not want to respect copyright, if he owns copyright he can share that photo and allow whom he wants to use it and the same works viceversa which means that when he asks if he may use a photo of course he assumes that the person who accepts to share it is entitled to do so. Fine, it is here..So, these are not new rules, what may be new is only that he has found very nice people and that he feels that he wants to share photos with them. Also, that he understands that in some countries or communities people are more used to do so than others and he respects these customs. What it happened with the map of Italy was totally different. He ordered the map and this was made for its enterprise and he paid for it and received the invoice, the deliverer was in Italy, so the map and its copyrights had costed and he did not know what he would get out of it, so well, after a certain time he found out that somebody else had published that map on their website and got in touch with them. As far as he remembers, he found it out, because Google had published that version and he thought it was too much.. he had paid and Google published an unauthorized version of that map..and they did not ask at all if they might use it..they only did it. When he got in touch with them, he found out that they were not so rich..and he did not want to do much against them..he just agreed on they would stop publishing it...that is what it happened as far as he remembers. Now the map does not have the same value any longer because it is old and for example motorways which are displayed on that map are probably not the same any more but at that time the map was updated and even if Scaiecat Spa Gigi had paid a relatively low price for that, felt that the map had a high value. It was not easy to find maps on the web with motorways. Today, if you want to publish that map it is enough that you write the name of this enterprise and the webaddress and then send a SMS to Scaiecat Spa Gigi to let Luigi Donatello Asero know where the map has been placed, provided that the site is legal everywhere so that when you link from that site, Scaiecat Spa Gigi will no be damaged. No, as far as he remembers, he first heard about her when Miss Beauty of the World was running, but he already knows Renate Cerljen, the 4th runner up in the same competition. They met each other in Sweden before she would travel to China. Miss Beauty of the World 2010 took place in China. When they met each other, she was in Partille to introduce the new contestants for Miss Universe 2010, who took part in the local selection. She was brilliant! So, he got in touch with her after the contest had finished..

This is not surprising, he also knows Anna Kanakis. Anna and Luigi were classmates at primary school in Italy (Scuola elementare Armando Diaz, Via Dottor Consoli, in Catania. Italy). Later, she was elected Miss Italy (Miss Italia) and after a while she became an actress. Luigi Donatello Asero has been used to meet beautiful women and top people since he was a child..he has not only been in touch with top people on the internet and not only with top people working in the entertainment branch, he has also met personally at least some of them (he does not need name all of them, does he?) and these were just some examples. What does Luigi Donatello Asero think about Java and Flash?

The advantage with Java is that it can be implemented on different platforms (unlike asp, for example). However, the licence agreement 6.20 which seems to be provided as standard for Windows users is not for developers and publishers. As you may easily understand this is a limit. Another interesting issue is that Safari settings on iPhone do not include Java (unlike for example Javascript which does not have to be confused with Java). As Luigi Donatello Asero has been an iPhone user for some months he also regards this as a limit. For example he cannot run applications on websites which are driven by Java. Basically, Java is free for users who only run applications (isn´t it?) but when these users want to develop and publish (does Oracle mean compile?) then it can be much more expensive, cannot it? Notwithstanding this, he would not be surprised if Oracle also needed multilingual support (from and into Chinese for example..) He may investigate further in this matter.

As to Flash, it is less expensive than Windows streaming but unlike this it requires that the users have a more powerful laptop or computer or machine to run an application. As to iPhone it does not support Flash either...As a smartphone iPhone allows users to write in many languages and codes, such as cyrillic (which is used for example in Russian and Bulgarian), hanzi (汉字) which is used for example in Chinese and of course the European languages. But what is most interesting and perhaps unique is the he can write in Chinese drawing signs by fingers. This is very interesting because he had already written by pinyin, by pen and e-pen (汉字) and now has been learning to write 汉字 by fingers. Zilin also writes by fingers in a commercial, does she not? So, she can do it.. Can she also do it by iPhone? Luigi Donatello Asero does not know whether or how often she uses an iPhone for sure. On the 3rd of June 2010 he decided he would check it up and found out that the article 8.7 in the provisions of the licence agreement does not allow any commercial use. Does Scaiecat Spa Gigi register its domains through different registrators?

Of course! Scaiecat Spa Gigi is a global enterprise and cannot rely just on one registrator..Scaiecat Spa Gigi believes that to change contact information (such as phone numbers) is not especially easy at joker.com But to delete the fax number is even more difficult. Scaiecat Spa Gigi does not have any fax number. Is Scaiecat Spa Gigi satisfied with Telenor?

Luigi Donatello Asero thinks Telenor´s connections could be better. He rebooted Scaiecat Spa Gigi´s iPhone 3GS twice on the night between the 27th and the 28th of September 2010 and tested more than a website and found out that although he had rebooted the iPhone twice and had used his Pincode, the connection was not good. Thus he is not satisfied. Please, offer a better service. He would like to remind Telenor of that the contract which he pays fees for includes unlimited Internet navigation (and this is exactly what this contract should be best for, that he does not need to pay extra fees to navigate longer) so the company has to provide the connection and if Telenor does not do it, it does not fulfil what it itself obliges to do by signing the contract.

Having said that, he has also heard that iPhone4 makes use of WIFI to connect users via videoconference without charging any fee for the connection. Let us suppose that a customer comes to a stand. What is he or she supposed to begin a conversation with? He will probably first say hello and then want to know that there is someone speaking Chinese or he will assume that there is noone doing that if he is in Germany..

In this example, we assume that it is a man who just came to the stand and that he was looking around and the interpreter is coming, saying hello in a formal way because they do not know each other and they met for the first time and he does not even know where he comes from.

So he is asking first where he comes from, in fact. Sometimes the enterpreneur who is himself or herself on the stand is coming and greeting himself or herself. Sometimes the interpreter is actually checking up who is coming and greeting and when it comes to questions he cannot answer himself he is calling for the enterpreneur or other people working at the same stand. Sometimes they are sitting on a table if the conversation is going on, in most cases, they are not because most conversations with new customers do not lead to a contract. Now, let us assume that he is Chinese then, he will probably answer

It is hard to imagine how long and how hard he trained. Then, he will probably watch around, he will probably be happy that he found someone speaking his own language. So far, what did the interpreter need do?

Price is very often the object of a question at a fair, Luigi Donatello Asero experienced this himself at fairs, these are not just assumptions but the result of his own experience. We are in Germany, and in Germany you use EURO, nowadays, so what should the interpreter learn to understand?

Any number in Euro which could be likely to be used with reference to a PC. So let us assume that this PC now costs 1000 Euro

Are China President Hu and USA President Barack Obama going to discuss on the 19th of January 2011 about free movement of people and enterprises world over and especially in their countries?

Nowadays people with very different cultural and geographical background can get in touch with each other, thanks to the impressive development of media channels and media devices, such as Internet, WIFI, mobile phones, Intranet, chats and so on. Twitter and Sina blogs are two examples for this and I use myself Iphones.

At the beginning of May 2011 one of these iPhones, iPhone 3GS stopped working and after a while it was delivered to Telenor. When this device was delivered, Luigi Donatello Asero displayed his passport in order that he could be identified. Some time later, Telenor got in touch with Luigi Donatello Asero and by phone let him know how much it would cost. As the fee was over SEK 2000 and Luigi Donatello Asero means that the iPhone can have been hacked, he refused to take it and called the Pentagon. Later he told the Pentagon it could take itself this iPhone and begin an investigation. Some days ago he called the Pentagon and talked to some people working there as they answered this time. While talking to one of these, he confirmed that he wanted the Pentagon to check up this device. He also let him know that he thought that the fee was not acceptable since Telenor and/or Apple might be responsible and have to refund him. This means either a new iPhone or the old one working without any fee to be paid. Yesterday, on the 12th of September 2011 he replied again to Telenor which had sent a SMS to the number +46709 26 92 23 that they could send it to the Pentagon! And replying to how long it would have taken...he observed that even if he would have got a new iPhone today without any charge, it would have still taken quite a long time and therefore he would ask for refund. As a result of this and current EU regulations, it is often difficult even for their friends whom they have got to know through the social medias which for example, President Barack Obama himself supports, to invite someone coming from for example China to the European Union because there are rules in this area which prescribe that those coming from countries outside the Union will need communicate their address of residence in order that someone who is resident in the EU may even invite them through a letter to the Embassy of the country to which the guest would like to go.

China has obviously its own rules about sensitive data which may make it more difficult for Sina to let other people such as Luigi Donatello Asero himself even know his top friends´s address officially without meeting her before. This seems to be the case for 张梓琳 (In fact, Luigi Donatello Asero provided his own data when he registered at Sina 2008, thus he assumes that any other member who registered at them did the same, including her and they have these data. Scaiecat Spa Gigi is aware that people may meet in third countries, such as USA, applying for a VISA (and President Barack Obama even wrote about events which he (the White House?) would support economically if there are candidates who want to arrange them even if they do not have any experience and he may decide to take this chance.

However, he does not know whether he requires that these candidates are American citizens and whether he requires that they already live in the USA.

Also, not everyone may or can or always go to a third country and arrange an event to meet someone else. (some are busy..some do not have the economical means to do that, some may live in a country in which it is more difficult to get a visa..)

Those who do not like social media, your opponents would say that social media failed.. this is important for you and Mr Hu as well because both China and USA nowadays develop this form of communication, needless to say, they are not the only countries in which they are spread, it would be a defeat for many, does Google not support social media for that matter? What is the national registration in Sweden useful for?

Lately, Sweden has introduced a new system which specifies in the national register the number of the apartment. Tenants are kindly required to send it to Skatteverket according to their own observation but at the same time according to what landlords and landladies let them know. That is not so easy, because the landlady/landlord does not always necessarily communicate the same number which the tenant himself counts. Luigi Donatello Asero got in touch with Lantmäteriet, the municipality of Partille and the Swedish Government on this issue. He is currently waiting for an answer from the Swedish Government because he thinks that the number of the apartment in which he lives is 1203 and not 1202. Petra M. Jonsson from Skatteverket replied that she would register the number 1202 and the Commune would correct it later (Partille).

The reason why the number 1202 is wrong is that the last two digits of the number refer to the location of the apartment on the floor and this must be counted in the following way, the watcher starts watching on the left of the stairs coming from the the floor below, this means that the watcher goes upstairs and then goes on counting the apartments clockwise. On the 9th of August 2011, Luigi Donatello Asero received an e-mail to his private e-mailaddress luigi-donatello.asero@comhem.se from Skatteverket in Göteborg (Gothenburg, e-mail goteborg@skatteverket.se) which let him know that the apartment number 1203 has been registered. This piece of information has not been confirmed by Lantmäteriet, yet. Besides it must be checked up that even Akelius has registered it. So, now it is up to Lantmäteriet in case this should have not done it yet. The apartment number 1203 is the right one as Luigi Donatello Asero had claimed for a long time, while the number 1202 was wrong. Luigi Donatello Asero wrote back and sent a copy to several recipients, among these to Barack Obama, the list is quite long. Since it is not known yet when the right number was registered but it was comunicated on the 9 th of August 2011 anyway.. and since it is not known yet whether Lantmäteriet also has registered the right number and when it did it....you are reading this message, here. 22:37 09/08/2011 GMT Greenwich

But on the 17th of August 2011 Luigi Donatello Asero called the municipality of Partille, Lantmäteriet and the Swedish Tax Office which has a special department for addresses. This office confirmed that the number 1203 had been registered for Luigi Donatello Asero. On the same day Luigi Donatello Asero even got an e-mail which confirmed that this registration had been made on the 6th of July 2011. Lantmäteriet explained that now during the time when the apartments numbers are updated, the responsibility does not lie any longer with Lantmäteriet but with the municipality in which the apartment and the house lie, in this case then the municipality of Partille. However, Anders Olsson from the municipality of Partille meant that he was waiting for the Swedish Tax Office. The Swedish Tax Office itself on the same day confirmed by e-mail as well that the number 1203 had been registered on the 6th of July 2011. Thus Luigi Donatello Asero forwarded her reply from the Swedish Tax Office to both the Swedish military and Anders Olsson.... He also got in touch with Fredrik Reinfeldt....from the Swedish Government´s website....so now you have two important names here.... One is Petra M. Jonsson who worked at Skatteverket and did not want to register the number 1203 wheras Luigi Donatello Asero wanted to register it and Anders Olsson....who now was waiting for Skatteverket while this had already confirmed the change..in their register... This information is very important and can be broadcast all over the world. What about VAT and Symantec´s online sale?

Following what stated in the previous paragraph and FAQ, and several mails from Skatteverket and in particular the one from Christina Bjorsell, (christina.bjorsell@skatteverket.se) Luigi Donatello Asero replied by several e-mails with copy to several recipients to enterprises, top-friends, Governments, police and received a new registration certificate which was issued on the 2nd of November 2011

This so called Registeringsbevis contains the right addresses that is Scaiecat Spa Gigi´s only address in Sweden (Box 31 433 21 Partille) and Luigi Donatello Asero´s only private address with the right apartment number (OLUFF NILSSONS VÄG 7 LGH 1203 433 36 PARTILLE) and the same VAT number SE630125689401 while the phone numbers are old and not valid. For this reason he e-mailed to Christina Björsell and mentioned it.

On the 9th of November 2011 he tried and renew his Norton 360 but noticed that the form did not accept any enterprise´s name and not even any VAT number. On this subject, Luigi Donatello Asero wants to explain the following

While the enterprise Scaiecat Spa Gigi may not need any VAT in the USA because VAT is not used there and in China for the same reason, if it uses this product for Scaiecat Spa Gigi in Sweden it is supposed to use the VAT number it is registered for. One thing is to apply for VAT´s refund and another is not to provide any VAT number although a number is registered. In this case, the issue is more complicated because the product is certainly for 3 computers, however, at present, Luigi Donatello Asero uses only one online and the others only offline and he is not going to use them online since they are too old for that. In any case they would be too old for Symantec´s product as well, even if he wanted to use it offline.

In other words, it is well accepted that Symantec offers the licence for 3 PC, however, at present there is only one PC, a laptop which would in fact make use of it and while Luigi Donatello Asero uses this laptop for both Scaiecat Spa Gigi´s websites and 色才俄财体色八机机´s which is the enterprise in China, how do we solve VAT´s issue with reference to e-commerce?

Symantec chooses not to let me even fill in the enterprise´s name.... and no VAT number either...after I (Luigi Donatello Asero, male, who also publishes this site) opts in for the e-mailaddress luigi-donatello-asero@googletvtv.com which displays my own first name and surname exactly as VISA Business card and VISA card do.

While Symantec may have opted in for the address which I registered last year which is still valid (contact@googletvtv.com) I thought I would use luigi-donatello-asero@googletvtv.com since there have often been issues 2011 about just my identity and these can be related to my credits as well. In other words, if I make it my identity clear this may be used for my credits as well.

The same works for the apartment number´s issue, since the number is right now but was not before (see above) and with reference to the lists over top-friends which I publish, since it is good to make it clear that it is I who chooses these names. The reason for this is that both top-friends themselves and third parties sometimes do not even know how they should behave with respect to this when they are not aware of whom is who publishes them

Even the content of this page makes it especially interesting because some individuals like it very much while others may think it is too progressive and third parties may think it is not I who published it while, in fact, it is

One point may be especially controversial and this is that the same person published this page and for example some pages about Sweden but, in fact, it is the truth and still more, I have not only published these...far from this, I have published much more than these and with respect to this I want to mention some websites which you may want to visit

While the database in China reports 北京 as place this is due to 色才俄财体色八机机 is in China and as it is online..a town, whatever, can be chosen. I had used it before and I have been in touch with 李克强 about the new name, so I thought I would not need change 北京 instead I thought and in fact I changed the e-mailaddress because luigi-donatello-asero@googletvtv.com clearly states what my first name and my last name is and thus, although I also use some nicknames one of these in Chinese, which is stored in the database, by providing my e-mailaddress I make it clear that it is the same individual

I also want to point out that the address which I hade previously provided really exists and is on China´s servers. It just did not display my complete first name and surname and as discussions about it with reference to both economical and personal issues had been arisen, I wanted to store the new e-mailaddress in the database

Here are some examples:

The first big case happened 2010 when I ordered flowers in Partille, in Sweden to be delivered in China at Loreal in Shanghai for 张梓琳. Although these have been ordered quite late and she had already been on 三亚 to celebrate and flew to Korea to work as a judge for Mr World, when the flowers were delivered to Loreal, the old e-mailaddress in the database may have not helped to track who I was, since when I tried to make it clear in the same blog what had happened, users were probably checking up these data, a nickname and an e-mailaddress which did not refer to my personal identity (passport and driving licence) while the payment for the flowers had probably been done with reference to the driving licence as an identity document which may be used for VISA card in a physical shop
Following to the firt point, anything else which happened on the same blog was not always swiftly associated with the right person and credits are a part of this, billions, for example all deals with enterprises, including but not limited to Miss World, Swarovski, Loreal, several fashion enterprises, such as Gucci, La Bottega Veneta and so on
Even the data which were connected to my registered users which even included enterprises, models, VIPs, including but not limited to Barack Obama himself, Maria Sharapova (Maria Sharapova tennis), Oracle and so on were not connected directly to my first name and surname and while this was not relevant for certain issues, it has become more relevant with respect to the economic issues when intercontinental transactions are at stake, for example when large enterprises such as Versace, Loreal, Swarovski and Miss World which are in Asia, America and Europe at the same time want to understand whether it was I or anybody else who owned and wrote deals
Following the second point, Miss World for example may have not properly and swiftly understood that the blog http://blog.sina.com.cn/european5 belonged to Luigi Donatello Asero from 2008 until 2010, 2011 he decided to share this and http://blog.sina.com.cn/zhangzilin with 张梓琳 herself but not retroactively since large economic issues are related to this
With reference to this (3) even all the discussions which had been written in Chinese, about Miss World´s events and shares and about where the final should take place and what my father and my father had told me on this issue concerning the villa in San Gregorio di Catania hosting the event and what I myself had published about how many people this might have hosted security exits and so on and the same works with what I wrote about London as another option suggesting that this could be accepted as long as I would have got the same revenues which an event in that villa or in (Italy for that matter ) might have generated for me personally
Following to 4 would you mind publishing the amount of your net revenues concerning Miss World final 2011 and explaining how you would like to share them with Scaiecat Spa Gigi?
